    spaghetti - boiled until aldente
  • 3
    Tbs
    Extra virgin or Parmesan infused olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1
    handful
    wild rocket (or basil)
  • 1/2
    cup
    finely grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

Toss the cooked pasta with the other ingredients and season to taste.

Serve with extra Parmesan.
