Lemon prego chicken

    skinless chicken breasts
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1
    clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1
    tablespoon olive oil


Lightly flatten the chicken breasts with a meat hammer and marinade in the lemon juice and garlic for at least an hour, preferably longer. Heat a frying pan over high heat, add the olive oil, chicken plus marinade and cook until the chicken is a light golden brown (the juice should be completely reduced). Serve immediately.
