Beat the condensed milk,lemon juice and egg yolks together well.
Transfer the mixture into tartlets
Place the tarlets on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees c.
Add in the egg whites and fold in the castor sugar spoon by spoon (until stiff).
Take the tarts out of the oven and spoon the meringue on top.
Decrease the temprature to 120 degrees c and bake for another 20 minutes
