Lemon icing

Ingredients

  • 125
    ml
    soft butter
  • 30
    ml
    hot milk
  • 500
    ml
    or more, icing sugar
  • 15
    ml
    finely chopped fresh lemon verbena leaves
  • 1
    lemon, juice
 

Method

 
Mix everything together well until light and fluffy. Spread on the lemon verbena cake (see recipe) in light movements so that it forms little peaks. Use fresh lemon verbena leaves to decorate and for Christmas, add red glacé cherries. Serve with refreshing lemon verbena lemonade (see recipe) on Christmas day!
