    warm water

    instant fat free milk powder
  • 125

    granadilla pulp
  • 65
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 170
    ml
    self-raising flour
  • 125
    ml
    castor sugar
 

Method

 
1. Butter a large ovenproof dish. Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy, stir in butter, water, milk powder, granadilla pulp, sifted four and lemon juice. 2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add extra sugar. 3. Fold egg white mixture into lemon and granadilla mixture, pour into prepared dish. 4. Place in baking dish or roasting pan, pour in water to come half way up the sides (like a bain marie). Bake at 180 ºC for 45 minutes or until firm. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
