Lemon curd puff

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    frozen puff pastry
  • 250
    ml
    lemon curd
  • icing sugar, to dust
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Defrost the pastry and cut it into equal-sized rectangles.
Pop the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
Allow to cool.
Just before serving, spoon some of the lemon curd onto the cooled pastry and dust with icing sugar.
