    g
    Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 100
    ml
    melted butter
  • 80
    g
    packet lemon jelly powder
  • 125
    ml
    boiling water
  • 397
    g
    can sweetened condensed milk
  • 500
    g
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 1
    lemon, finely grated rind and juice
 

Method

 
Grease a 22 cm diameter loose-bottomed cake tin with butter or non-stick spray.
Mix the crushed biscuits and butter and press the mixture on the base and up the sides of the tin.
Chill until needed.
Dissolve the jelly powder in the boiling water.
Beat together the remaining ingredients and add to the dissolved jelly.
Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared crust and chill for at least 24 hours or until set.
