Ingredients (11)

50.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
25.00 ml lemon juice
800.00 g yellowtail — fillets
1.00 lemon — sliced
1.00 fresh ginger — peeled and sliced
15.00 ml fresh chives
500.00 ml spinach — shredded
2.00 celery stalks — sliced
500.00 ml cabbage — shredded
30.00 ml sunflower oil

Method:

1. Mix 20 ml olive oil, 2 cloves crushed garlic and the lemon juice together. Place the fish into a shallow, greased ovenproof dish and brush the fish on all sides with the garlic mixture.
2. Lay the lemon and ginger slices on top of the fish and sprinkle with chives. Grill in the middle of the oven, under preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the stir-fry. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan and sauté the remaining garlic for 30 seconds. Add the spinach, celery and cabbage and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the sunflower seeds and serve topped with the grilled fish.
