Lamb frikadelles on sticks

Ingredients (12)

800 g lamb mince
1 onion — finely chopped
10 ml masala — green
10 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
5 ml fresh ginger — crushed
20 ml cumin — ground
10 ml turmeric — ground
10 ml coriander — ground
10 ml Cajun spice
30 ml fresh parsley — or coriander, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
6 - 8 wooden skewers

Method:

Place some sosatie sticks into water (6-8 sticks).
Mix all the ingredients together.
Form into equal sized balls and thread onto sosatie sticks, three onto one stick.
Place in the refrigerator and cool for 30 minutes.
In
the mean time make a fire, when the fire is ready, braai the meat over
hot coals for 5 minutes, turn over and braai on the other side for 5
minutes.
Serve with yellow rice, chutney and other relishes!
