Ingredients (9)

100.00 ml yoghurt — natural
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml lemon juice
2.00 fresh mint — sprigs, chopped
350.00 ml lamb — cubed
4.00 pita breads
2.00 tomatoes — diced
0.00 cucumber — diced
4.00 lettuce — shredded

Method:

1. Combine yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and mint.
2. Add lamb cubes and mix well to coat. Season with salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper to taste.
3. Cut open pita breads and fill with salad ingredients. Top with lamb mixture and serve.
