Lamb cutlets with mashed potato

    lamb cutlets
  • a little oil for grilling
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 4
    large potatoes, boiled and mashed with a little milk and seasoning
  • 1
    packet instant brown onion gravy mix


Set grill on highest setting. Brush cutlets with a little oil, season lightly and grill for four minutes on each side until cooked but still slightly pink inside. Prepare sauce according to packet instructions, pour over cutlets and mash and serve.
