Lamb chops balsamico

    lamb chops
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15
    ml
    balsamic vinegar
  • 45
    ml
    chopped fresh parsley
 

Method

 
Season chops with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until glossy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add chops and fry on one side over high heat for about 3 minutes. Turn and fry on other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and parsley, then spoon over both sides of chops to cover completely. Serve immediately with buttery new potatoes and sugar snap peas or mangetout.
