Kylie's prawn fritters

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    peeled prawns
  • 200
    g
    crab sticks
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2
    spring onions, chopped
  • 120
    g
    cake flour
  • 20
    ml
    light soya sauce
  • oil for deep-frying
 

Method

10 to 20 minutes
 
Place all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor and blend until just mixed, but still a little chunky.
Heat oil over a medium heat.
Drop teaspoons of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve with seafood mayonnaise dipping sauce.
Make the dipping suce by mixing mayonnaise with a little tomato sauce.
