    watermelon - peeled, seeds removed and chopped
  • 100
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 100
    ml
    coconut milk
  • 50
    ml
    fresh lime juice
  • 100
    ml
    ice cubes
  • 2
    Tbs
    sugar
  • finely chopped fresh coriander

Liquidise everything except the coriander in a blender.

Divide between four glasses and garnish with coriander.
