2	kiwi fruit — chopped
60 ml	vodka
60 ml	gin
60ml ml	white wine

Method:

Muddle Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, vodka, gin, Lillet Blanc and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients and strain into two sugar-rimed martini glass.

Garnish with unpeeled kiwifruit slice

For a mocktail, substitute 180ml white grape juice and a dash of bitters for alcohol.
