Kiwi Melon Sangria

Ingredients

  • 750
    ml
    dry white wine
  • 4
    Zespri® Green Kiwifruit - peeled and sliced
  • 1
    cup
    watermelon - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1
    Lime - thinly sliced
  • 3
    Tbs
    Midori melon liqueur
  • 1/4`
    cup
    sugar
 

Method

Combine all ingredients in large pitcher, stirring to crush some of the fruit.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 12 hours to let the flavours marry before serving.

Serve over ice and add fresh fruit.

Use within 4 days.
