    kg
    fresh kingklip, cut into portions
  • 70
    g
    butter
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh parsley
  • lemon juice
  • 10
    ml
    curry powder
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Place the fish portions on aluminium foil and dot with half the butter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Wrap the fish in the foil and bake for about 10 minutes, then open the foil and grill the fish until nicely browned. Combine the remaining butter and the curry powder and roll into small balls. Garnish each portion of fish with a curry butter ball just before serving. Serves 4.
