Ingredients (10)

400.00 g pork — kassler chops, diced
oil
1.00 red pepper — diced
1.00 pineapple — diced
8.00 prunes — stoned
250.00 ml cream
1.00 lemon juice
25.00 ml grand marnier liqueur
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
almonds — flaked, toasted

Method:

Fry the diced meat in a little oil until slightly brown, add the sweet pepper and stir-fry until soft. Add the diced pineapple and stir-fry until pale brown. Add the prunes and pour over the cream. Reduce the heat and simmer until the cream is reduced by a about a third. Add the lemon juice and liqueur and bring the sauce to the boil, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serves with noodles and a salad.
Serves 3-4.
