Kassler chops with tomato and mango chutney

  • 15
    French mustard
  • 45
    tomato sauce
  • 40
    mango or pineapple chutney
  • 15
    Worcestershire sauce

Rub the mustard on the chops.
Mix the tomato sauce, chutney and Worcestershire sauce, pour over the chops and set aside until ready to cook.
Cook on a griddle pan or over the coals for approximately five minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve with seasonal salad and herbed baby potatoes.

To make tasty kassler kebabs, cut four kassler steaks into cubes and thread onto skewers.
Marinate in the tomato sauce, chutney and Worcestershire sauce marinade and cook over the coals or under a grill and serve on a bed of couscous.
For a spicier flavour, replace the chutney with mango atchar.
