Kassler, bean and chorizo

Ingredients (14)

4 steaks — kassler
1 chorizo sausage
1 butter beans — tinned, drained and rinsed
1 kidney beans — tinned
1 chickpeas — tinned
2 tinned tomatoes — whole peeled
500 ml wine — red
2 tsp garam marsala
5 garlic — cloves
1 onion
2 fresh rosemary — sprigs
1 tsp paprika
200ml stock — chicken

Method:

Cut the kassler into small pieces and slice the sausage.
Slice the onion and sauté. Add the garlic (crushed) when it is soft.
Add the spices, rosemary, the sausage and the kassler and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato, stock and the wine and bring to the boil, turning it down to a simmer.
Cook for 30 mins.
Add the beans and warm through. Season and let it stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve in a bowl with ciabatta slices to scoop.
