2.00 eggs
470.00 ml sugar
125.00 g butter
480.00 g flour — cake
15.00 ml oil
5.00 ml Baking powder
2.00 ml rosewater
5.00 ml cardamom — ground

Method:

Beat eggs and sugar together well and set aside. Rub butter into flour and then mix in remaining ingredients (including the egg and sugar mixture) lightly to form a soft dough. Roll out to 1 cm thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut into shapes and bake at 180 ºC, first on the bottom shelf for 6 minutes and then on the top shelf for a further 6 minutes. Enjoy while cool.
Makes about 60.
