  • 250
    ml
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 250
    ml
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 200
    g
    coconut
  • red, yellow or green food colouring
  • extra coconut for rolling the balls in
 

Method

 
Mix the condensed milk and icing sugar. Add enough coconut to form a stiff mixture. Divide into three parts and colour each part with a few drops food colouring. Roll into balls, roll in coconut and chill until firm.
