  • 500
    g
    dried glacé fruit such as pineapple, green figs, watermelon and red cherries, finely chopped if
  • 250
    ml
    Van der Hum liqueur
  • 500
    g
    Cambrieni cheese
 

Method

10 minutes
 
Simmer the fruit in the liqueur for 10 minutes. Cool fruit in the liqueur, leaving it overnight if possible. Serve the cheese at room temperature on a pretty plate and arrange the fruit on top.
