Ingredients (12)

80.00 g jelly — orange
150.00 ml wine — sparkling
4.00 lime leaves — or lemon leaves
200.00 g pineapple — chopped
1.00 kiwi fruit — chopped
1.00 orange — chopped
150.00 g melon — chopped
125.00 g strawberries — sliced
125.00 g mixed berries
100.00 g grapes
30.00 ml lemon juice — or fresh lime juice
sorbet — fruit flavoured

Method:

Make jelly according to packet instructions, substituting sparkling wine for 150 ml (3/5 cup) of the water.
Add lime or lemon leaves. Cool and strain.
Pour into an 18-20 cm diameter glass dish and refrigerate until set. Mix fruit with lime or lemon juice.
Cut or break jelly into cubes or pieces. Serve with a scoop of fruit sorbet (see tips).
