  • sweet melon (spanspek), winter melon or gallia melon, peeled and cut into thick sticks
  • Parma ham, thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • milled pepper


Wrap melon in a liberal layer of Parma ham, Drizzle with a little fruity olive oil and season with milled pepper. Serve immediately – Parma ham tends to curl and crisp at the edges when left out for too long. Values per skewer: 226,2 kJ; 5,9 g carbohydrate; 3,1 g protein; 1,7 g fat
