    black olives, halved and stoned

    mint leaves, chopped

    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 180
    ml
    olive oil

    fresh origanum
  • 15
    ml
    chopped capers
 

Method

 
Boil potatoes until tender and drain well. Allow to cool slightly and slice. Place in a bowl, with slices overlapping, and sprinkle remaining ingredients over.
