    instant yeast

    cake flour

    ml
    lukewarm water

    olive oil
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    salt
  • 750

    cake flour (extra)
 

Method

 
Mix the instant yeast with the cake flour. Add the water, olive oil, sugar and salt and mix by hand. Add enough of the extra cake flour to form a soft dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 6 to 8 minutes or until completely smooth and elastic. Place in a dish dusted with flour and dust the top of the dough with flour. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 30 to 40 minutes or until double in volume. Knock back, pinch off pieces and roll out thinly into pizza base rounds. Makes about 1 kg dough.
