Ingredients (10)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
oil
2.00 potatoes — peeled and diced
2.00 tomatoes — peeled and finely chopped
250.00 g mixed vegetables — frozen
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
15.00 ml sugar
15.00 ml lemon juice
170.00 g noodles — two minute

Method:

Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until tender. Add the potatoes and tomatoes and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Add the vegetables and seasonings and simmer until done.
Pour boiling water over the noodles, leave until soft and drain well, or prepare according to the instructions on the packet. Spoon the vegetables over the noodles and serve.
Serves 3-4.
