Instant low-fat berry cream

  • 225
    g
    frozen berries (mulberries or strawberries)
  • 50
    ml
    sugar
  • 500
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
 

Method

 
Process the berries and sugar in a food processor until a coarse puree is formed. Add the cottage cheese and process until well blended. Serve immediately in cold glasses. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves. Serves 4.
