    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 397
    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 2
    ml
    grated lemon rind (optional)
  • 5
    ml
    lemon juice (optional)
 

Method

 
Chill the two cans for about 24 hours or overnight. Pour the evaporated milk into a mixing bowl and beat well. Add the condensed milk and lemon rind and juice, beating well. Return to the freezer and freeze until hard. Makes 1,5 litres (6 c) ice cream.
