    small onion, sliced
  • oil

    curry powder

    ground cumin (jeera)

    turmeric
  • 15

    cake flour
  • 25
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 250
    ml
    buttermilk
  • 300
    g
    bully beef, cubed
  • salt and black pepper to taste
 

Method

15 min
 
Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the curry powder, cumin, turmeric, cake flour, tomato sauce and buttermilk. Mix and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir continuously. Add the bully beef and heat until warmed through. Serve with rice and banana slices. Serves 4.
