    Marie biscuits, crushed
  • 50
    g
    margarine, melted
  • 2
    ml
    cinnamon
  • FILLING

    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 250
    g
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 90
    g
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 100
    g
    milk chocolate (optional)
 

Method

 
Mix the biscuit crumbs, margarine and cinnamon. Press onto the bottom and along the sides of a 1 litre pie dish. Beat the condensed milk and cottage cheese until blended. Sprinkle the instant pudding powder on top and beat for 1 minute. Pour the filling into the crust and chill in the fridge until set. Decorate the cheesecake with chocolate curls made with a vegetable parer.
