Ingredients (7)

CRUST
200.00 g Marie biscuits — crushed
50.00 g margarine — melted
2.00 ml cinnamon — ground
FILLING
397.00 g condensed milk
250.00 g cottage cheese — creamed
90.00 g instant pudding — vanilla
100.00 g milk chocolate

Method:

Mix the biscuit crumbs, margarine and cinnamon. Press onto the bottom and along the sides of a 1 litre pie dish.
Beat the condensed milk and cottage cheese until blended. Sprinkle the instant pudding powder on top and beat for 1 minute.
Pour the filling into the crust and chill in the fridge until set.
Decorate the cheesecake with chocolate curls made with a vegetable parer.
