  • 250
    ml
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 60
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 125
    ml
    cream cheese
  • 250
    ml
    cream, chilled
  • 175
    ml
    double cream strawberry yoghurt (or any other flavour)
 

Method

 
Beat the condensed milk and lemon juice together until well blended and thick. Fold in the cream cheese. Add the yoghurt and mix well. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the condensed milk mixture. Use as an instant dessert or to decorate your favourite sponge cake or fairy cakes.
