3.00 tomatoes — large, sliced
250.00 g mozzarella cheese — sliced
20.00 fresh basil
1.00 red onion — sliced
2.00 sun-dried tomatoes — chopped
15.00 ml olive oil — or sunflower oil
15.00 ml pine nuts — toasted
12.00 black olives
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices and basil leaves on a large platter or on 4 individual plates.
Scatter the onion rings, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and olives on top and drizzle with the olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper and serve at room temperature.
