    oil
  • 2
    carrots, diced
  • 125
    ml
    green beans
  • 125
    ml
    peanut butter
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add vegetables one at a time and cook each for two to three minutes before adding the next. Add peanut butter, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
