Ingredients (5)

1.00 sponge cake — sliced
4.00 eggs — white
125.00 ml castor sugar
250.00 ml raspberries
300.00 g sorbet — lemon

Method:

Slice sponge loaf and arrange at the bottom of individual heat-proof glass serving bowls.
Whisk the eggs until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff.

Spoon raspberries over cake, top with a generous helping of sorbet. Cover completely with meringue.
Bake for 5 minutes at a high temperature.
Serve immediately.
