    boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cubed
  • 60
    ml
    ready made fruity pan fry sauce
  • 125
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 45
    ml
    chopped coriander
  • cucumber ribbons
  • lettuce
  • tortilla chips
  • lime wedges to serve
 

Method

 
In a saucepan, stir-fry chicken in fruit sauce until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise and coriander. Serve with cucumber ribbons, lettuce and tortilla chips. Garnish with lime wedges. Serves 4.
