    milk

    coconut
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed. Pour into a 24 cm greased ovenproof pie dish and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the custard filling has set. Makes 12 slices.
