Ingredients (8)

70.00 g butter — softened
500.00 ml milk
150.00 g castor sugar
75.00 g dessicated coconut
4.00 eggs — extra-large
5.00 ml vanilla — essence
75.00 g flour — cake
3.00 ml Baking powder

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Pour into a greased 30 cm pie plate. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve sliced, warm with custard or cold with whipped cream.
