    icing sugar, sifted

    orange juice

Method

 
COTTAGE CHEESE ICING Beat the cottage cheese and butter together until well blended and add the vanilla essence and orange rind. Add small quantities of the caster sugar at a time, beating continuously. Blend in the icing sugar and decorate the cake.
