    g
    ginger biscuits OR biscuits of your choice
  • 85
    ml
    butter, melted
  • 1
    Litres
    ice cream of your choice, slightly softened until spreadable
  • 380
    g
    Nestlé Caramel Treat
  • 100
    g
    pecan nuts (optional)
 

Method

 
Spray a 24 cm pie dish with non-stick spray. Crush the biscuits finely and mix with the melted butter. Press on the base and along the sides of the pie dish. Chill until needed. Spread half the ice cream over the biscuit crust. Spread the caramel condensed milk on top, followed by another layer of the ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts if desired and freeze until hard. Serve as a teatime treat or for dessert.
