240.00 g flour — self-raising
500.00 ml ice cream — slightly melted
salt — pinch

Method:

Preheat oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF). Spray a muffin tin with 12 hollows with non-stick spray.
Blend all the ingredients. Make sure the ice cream is slightly melted, otherwise it will be difficult to mix. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are slightly brown on top and baked through. Remove from the muffin tin and cool on a wire rack.
Serve with butter and cheese.
