Ice cream and chocolate sauce

  • 100
    g
    chocolate caramel bars
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • vanilla or chocolate ice cream
 

Method

 
Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Put the chocolate pieces in a glass bowl. Add the cream. Put the glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir carefully until smooth. Put spoonfuls of ice cream into a serving dish. pour chocolate sauce over the ice cream and eat before the ice cream melts.
