How to cook beetroot

Ingredients (6)

beetroots
water
vinegar — balsamic
wine — red
sugar
honey

Method:

Chop off the stems and peel the beetroots.
Boil in a little water until soft.
Cut into wedges.
Pan-simmer in some balsamic, red wine and brown sugar.
When it has all reduced and covers the beetroot, add a little honey to shine
it up and add that lovely honey-sweetness.
