Ingredients (7)

1.00 onion — sliced
1.00 green pepper — cut into strips
1.00 red pepper — strips
2.00 carrots — julienned
oil — for frying
5.00 ml curry powder
410.00 g baked beans in tomato sauce

Method:

Sauté the onion, green and red pepper strips and carrot strips in a little oil until soft.
Add the curry powder and beans, blend well and heat until the mixture comes to the boil and is heated through.
