Hot pasta and cool avo

    penne, cooked al dente

    harissa paste
  • 3
    Tbs
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1
    bunch
    asparagus, steamed
  • 16
    olives, smashed
  • 120
    g
    goat's milk cheese, sliced
  • 1
    avocado, quartered
  • 5
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper, to season
 

Method

Toss the pasta in harissa paste and olive oil. Add asparagus, olives, cheese and avocado, the latter just before serving. Season.
