Marshmallow chocolate cups

Ingredients (6)

10 Marie biscuits
glacŽ icing
10 marshmallows
10 sweets — sugared jelly rings
50 g milk chocolate
300 ml icing sugar
20 sugar flowers

Method:

Spread glacé icing over the Marie biscuits, for the saucers. Place a marshmallow on top of each one, slightly away from the centre.

Cut off one side of a sugared jelly ring and use a dab of icing to stick it to the right-hand side of the marshmallow. Hold it in place for a few seconds, until it is secure.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and combine with the icing sugar. Using a teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate mixture over the marshmallow.

Place 2 sugar flowers in front of the marshmallow. Leave to stand until set.
