Ingredients (11)

8.00 chicken breast fillets — cut into pieces
30.00 ml lemon juice
190.00 ml mayonnaise
5.00 ml salt
500.00 ml celery stalks — chopped
1.00 onion — small, chopped
30.00 ml green pepper — sliced
190.00 ml soup — chicken
TOPPING
250.00 ml cheese — grated
170.00 ml almonds — toasted
500.00 ml potato chips — crushed

Method:

Sauté chicken breast fillets until golden. Be careful not to overcook.
Spoon into an ovenproof dish and mix all remaining salad ingredients together.
Sprinkle cheese, almonds and chips over and heat for 30 minutes at 200 ºC.
Serve with cooked white rice and a mixed green salad.
