    chicken breast fillets, cut into pieces

    mayonnaise

    thinly sliced green or red sweet peppers

    chicken soup
  • TOPPING

    ml
    grated cheese
  • 170
    ml
    toasted almonds
  • 500
    ml
    crushed potato chips
 

Method

 
Sauté chicken breast fillets until golden. Be careful not to overcook. Spoon into an ovenproof dish and mix all remaining salad ingredients together. Sprinkle cheese, almonds and chips over and heat for 30 minutes at 200 ºC. Serve with cooked white rice and a mixed green salad. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 17 580 kJ (4 200 Cal). A portion: 4 395 kJ (1 050 Cal).
