    bran-enriched self-raising flour

    bran

    sugar
  • 100
    ml
    Horlicks powder
  • 250
    ml
    skim or low-fat milk
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 45
    ml
    margarine, melted
 

Method

20 min
 
Preheat oven to 190 ºC. Mix all ingredients quickly in a bowl. Do not overmix. Spoon mixture into a greased muffin tray and bake for 20 minutes. An inserted skewer should come out clean. Makes 12.
