  • 1
    clove garlic
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 50
    ml
    honey
  • 5
    ml
    Dijon mustard
  • 20
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 60
    ml
    olive oil
  • black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Crush the garlic clove and salt and mix into a cream. Add the honey, mustard and lemon juice. Add the olive oil and mix well. Add black pepper to taste. Serve with terrine Emmarentia (see recipe).
